I do have to stop being shy around strangers.
i really have to!
and i'm improving by being friendly to my relatives
normally during relatives gathering, i would just sit with my dad and mind my own business
and this year!
i actually talk to my cousins!
(to be frank i'm not really close to them because of age gap)
and now, i'm 18! hehehe
and things we talk about actually matches. hehe
and as usual, because of my complicated family background
we have the good kids table and the bad kids table LOL
they are not exactly bad la, just they are much louder and they dye their hair with awkward colours -.-
which makes us the good kids ^^
we speak english.
this is all because of one cousin who insist on speaking english when everyone is speaking chinese
she spoke chinese to me last year -.-
oh well, then we spoke english instead ~~~
we wanted to play card games, but apparently, good kids don't carry cards with them around ~
so we tried borrowing it from the bad kids table
but they don't have an extra set.
and you know what?
we ended up playing killer,
and i came up the idea of using mandarin oranges' skin to determine who's who
and then my cous thought of another game
which is like a guessing game
by writing the words on the skin.. haha
we are so environmental friendly :D
guess what? the loser has to drink one sip of beer
since me and one of my cous are just 18 ><
and i find the taste of the beer is quite acceptable.
well, maybe if i drank the whole can i would be sick of it -.-
we had lots of fun XD
we kept on laughing, we're even noisier than the adults.
and we promise we will bring cards the next year XD
well, it's kinda sad to know we only can meet each other next year :/
we will become strangers and get to know each other all over again.
haha, but i glad i came out of my shell
cause someone said that i must try to talk to people more ><
looking forward to our next meeting :)
